Registrations for student and teacher sessions (lectures)

Please note that any purchases for face-to-face or online lectures are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the lecture for which you have purchased a ticket, you may be able to transfer to another session, provided seats are available and your request is received at least 2 days prior to the lecture date. Note that any deposit paid to reserve your seat is non-refundable.

Resources for online student sessions will be sent to the student's postal address via registered mail with Australia Post. As a result, HTN cannot take responsibility for delays in the postal system that result in a booklet arriving after the lecture date.

Recording HTN sessions in any form (including, but not restricted to audio, video, still photography, screen capture etc) is expressly prohibited.

The Health Teachers' Network reserves the right to decline registrations and orders from (or on behalf of) individuals contributing to or presenting for any company or third party who presents or produces HHD-related lectures and / or resources.

  • In the unlikely event that a lecture must be postponed, participants will be able to attend an alternative session.

  • Participants in online lectures are reminded that they are in a semi-public forum. As a result, any behaviour that is deemed inappropriate may result in the participant being evicted from the session. Should this occur, no refund is available and the participant may be declined the opportunity to purchase a ticket for an alternative session.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
